HOURS: Monday- Friday, 8:00am-11:30am and 1:00pm- 3:30pm
SERVICES: Food boxes, utilities, lodging, clothing, household items such as furniture, personal care items as available, back-to-school supplies, Christmas toys, clothes and food boxes program, energy share program, gasoline and bus assistance, case management, character building programs, spiritual counseling. Referrals given and taken from other agencies. Casework- we try to find the help for the client is we can’t give it by giving a referral. Assistance with emergency needs on a partial or total payment of the above-mentioned items. Each of the services provided are paid in the name of the creditor from which the services are provided, not directly to the client. Services are provided based on available funding.

Government commodities- 1 time monthly- per income guideline; CSBG Food Boxes- every month for seniors and disabled- per income guidelines; Donated Food Boxes- for emergencies or in some instances when income guidelines are not met; The Salvation Army Family Store.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must meet income guidelines or have emergency circumstances. Must have proof of income for last four weeks. If above guidelines, possible help with Energy Share. Energy Share is from December 1 to May 21.
FEES: None required.
GEOGRAPHICAL AREA SERVED: Natrona County except for Energy Share, which is statewide.
